Inspire Trade Expo - Press Release

With little over two months to go to what promises to be the most exciting trade show the country has seen, things keep gaining momentum. The Inspire trade show, which will be showcasing: Furniture, décor and design as well as up and coming manufacturers and forward thinking retail solutions, like touch screen technology. This show is a must for the retail, hospitality as well as design sector, including architects and designers, to come and source new and interesting products. Although the focus is on local supply and manufacture there will be some specialised agents with world-class international products also exhibiting.
There are still a few stands left, across the various categories for manufacturers that would like to exhibit, but these too are filling up quickly. The show will boast high-end home grown design talent with the likes of Backyard Studio, Studio Number 19, Meyer von Wielligh, Emerging Creative’s, Head On Design and the incredible SNAPP Designs. The show also boasts some South African legends such as Carrol Boyes and Ronel Jordaan Designs, both of which have had huge success internationally and have also been great ambassadors for SA design.
A huge focus of the show, as the name suggests will be to inspire the trade to find new and amazing products as we often see the continual use of the same products when there is so much new and fresh design currently happening. This is according to Dave Nemeth, who is regarded by many as a leader in trend forecasting and innovative business and retail consulting, he is currently consulting to the Inspire group. Nemeth believes that the Show will be the launchpad for businesses wanting to expand into Africa, which in itself is one of the largest global initiatives at the moment. The response from these key players in these African countries registering to visit has been phenomenal.
The show will also feature some excellent talks by leading professionals, which will be very relevant to the current state of business as well as consumers current attitudes.

Further collaborations with the likes of SAA, has insured discounted rates for people outside of Gauteng's borders to visit the show, with their buying and design teams.
