Caesarstone’s Youtube video Best Modern Kitchen Design Trends 2015 reached 50,000 views this week with the number of views still climbing steadily.
With excellence in design a key value for the luxury Caesarstone quartz surfaces brand, it comes as no surprise that they now produce video content for Youtube, focusing on inspiring, beautiful kitchens.

In April 2014, Caesarstone took a film crew to Milan, Italy to attend Eurocucina – widely considered to be the ultimate kitchen design fair in the world – in order to bring the hottest kitchen design trends back to South Africans.

Because kitchen design trends shift gradually, Eurocucina is only held every second year. This explains why the April 2014 content is still relevant for 2015 kitchen design inspiration.

“While we’re expecting to see some shifts in colour and popular materials for high-end kitchens, the top kitchen design trends we spotted at Eurocucina 2014 will still remain hugely relevant to homeowners and designers in 2015,” says Caesarstone presenter and communications manager, Lisa Aspeling.

She continues, “Now more than ever, homeowners are taking control of major design elements in their homes with the help of creative idea sharing platforms such as Facebook, Pinterest and websites such as Houzz.com. Homeowners want to see what’s out there in terms of high quality products and design ideas.”

Caesarstone’s penchant for kitchen design extends beyond Youtube. The past 5 years have seen the brand hosting a national kitchen design competition, where kitchen designers, architects and interior designers are invited to enter their most stunning kitchen designs installed during the past year.

“We want to celebrate beautiful kitchen design in South Africa, and provide a platform for excellent designers to be recognised,” says Caesarstone marketing director, Trevor King.

Caesarstone will begin calling for entries to their annual kitchen design competition in the coming weeks, when they will also release their popular annual article on forthcoming kitchen design trends for the year.
