Absa One Call Home Solution is the household solution for Absa Home Loan banking clients.

REACH:
* Internal marketing via home loan application, private banking clients and work place clients.

* Marketing to Estate Agencies, Bond originators, Attorneys, Developers, Architects

* Direct marketing through brochures distributed in branches, Express Agents and Home Loans call centre

* Advertised to Absa staff

* Database direct mailing.

Absa One Call is available to all home owners, wherever they bank, buying or renting.

LISTINGS & BANNER ADVERTISING

Each supplier that signs up with One Call will receive the following:
• A listing on the website under the desired category, which comprises of:
o Overview of your company – 150 words. This is your own mini website within our website.
o Company Logo
o Company Contact details – telephone number, email address, website address.
o Special Deal Extended.
• Banner Advertising
o To receive additional exposure throughout the website, we create banner placement for your company.
o If you do not have a banner, we can create a banner for you at a set fee.

SEARCH ENGIN OPTIMISATION

• In order to drive the maximum amount of browsers to our side, Da Pendant Solutions have sourced one of South Africa’s top search engine optimisation companies to ensure our website it top of the list for all major search engines.

SOCIAL MEDIA

One Call has a strong social media drive in:
• Facebook
o All suppliers will have the opportunity to advise One Call if they have any special deals and we will feed this through to our Facebook fan page.
o Each supplier is entitled to 1 advertising feed per month on Facebook.
o One Call will create the advert to tie this into our CI.
o All advertises are listed on Facebook as our supplier.
o One Call will keep all pictures of our suppliers loaded onto the Facebook page as long as they are an advertiser.
• Twitter
o Each supplier is entitled to 1 twitter feed per month.
o Our twitter account will tweet if the advertiser has any special monthly deals.

NEWSLETTERS

• One Call sends our weekly newsletters to our database, each newsletter comprises of 4 contributing stories and 1 main story. Our newsletters are editorially driven and we educate the home owners on facts they need to know,
For Example: Solar and the cost saving benefits (we will then advertise our suppliers for Solar as a feature).
• If your company is featured as a contributing/main story - we further have a link up to your website – to drive traffic to your website.
• Our newsletter will also be online for the duration of the week.
• Our website will hold all past newsletters to clients if they choose to browse into newsletters.

REPORTING STRUCTURES

As a client of One Call, we will issue you with a monthly report consisting of:
• Number of Hits on the website;
• Number of Unique browsers;
• Average time spent on the website;
• Number of requests for your category;
• Number of views of your listing;
• If the client contacted us and the lead was generated from us, we provide:
o Number of new leads in the system;
o Number of re-sent leads;
o Number of pending leads;
o Number of closed accepted leads;
o Number of closed declined leads.

• KSA MEMBERS will receive an on-line banner – which is a fixed, permanent banner for KSA MEMBERS only.
• Please note that this is a monthly retainer fee.
• A special deal must be extended onto our clients, extending the value add of One Call.
• KSA MEMBERS will receive mention in all newsletters pertaining to KITCHENS.

This proposal put forth is an agreement between KSA members only:
