Get to know the KSA team:

Kerryn Bailey is the KSA’s regional representative for KZN and the Eastern Cape/Garden Route. Kerryn joined the KSA in March 2016. Kerryn has a long standing relationship with the kitchen industry and the KSA having worked in the industry for many years for a KSA kitchen member. She has also owned her own successful kitchen company and has a vast knowledge of design and manufacturing.

Kerryn grew up in Pinetown KZN. Her perfect meal is roasted pork belly with root vegetables paired with a lovely glass of red wine. She loves an early morning run and has several half marathons under her belt. Time with the family at her local farmer’s market is her favorite weekend treat.

For Kerryn the relationships she’s been privileged to build with her members is the best part of her job. She says she’s been fortunate enough to create some close bonds with many of her members, some have even become like family.

She believes that with all the tools the KSA offers its members, one would be hard pressed to not see the associations worth (if the tools are used to their full potential). Kerryn feels that the KSA helps to make reputable kitchen companies and product suppliers easily identifiable by the consumer. This ensures the industry is supported and continues on a healthy growth path - supporting our economy and enriching our communities by means of the skill and labour employed by our members.
